Creamy avocado, seasoned chicken, and fresh vegetables wrapped in a warm tortilla with ranch flavour.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 ripe avocados, mashed or sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup lettuce or spinach
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm tortillas briefly in a skillet or microwave.
  2. Spread ranch dressing evenly on each tortilla.
  3. Add mashed or sliced avocado, chicken, tomatoes, and greens.
  4. Drizzle with lime juice if using, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold and roll tortillas into burritos; slice in half to serve.

Notes

  • Add black beans or corn for extra fiber and texture.
  • Use Greek-yogurt ranch for a lighter version.
  • Whole-wheat or spinach tortillas offer added nutrients.
  • Wrap tightly in plastic or foil to store for up to 2 days.
