Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders are mini versions of the classic American burger, featuring juicy beef patties, melted cheese, and crispy bacon on soft buns. Perfect for parties, game days, or family dinners.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 10 slider buns or dinner rolls
  • 5 slices cheddar cheese, halved
  • 5 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese (optional), halved
  • 10 strips cooked crispy bacon, chopped or whole
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing buns)

Instructions

  1. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into 10 small, evenly sized patties.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked through.
  3. Lightly toast the inside of each slider bun on a skillet or under the broiler.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on each hot patty and let it melt slightly.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing the patty on the bottom bun, topping with bacon, and adding the top bun.
  6. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
  7. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

  • Add jalapeños or spicy sauce for a spicy kick.
  • Use smoked gouda and BBQ sauce for a barbecue twist.
  • Add an extra patty for double-layer sliders.
  • Top with pickles for extra tang.
  • Toast buns and serve immediately to avoid sogginess.
