Banana Ice Cream with Mixed Fruits is a naturally sweet, dairy-free frozen dessert made by blending frozen bananas into a creamy base and swirling in a colorful mix of tropical fruits for a refreshing, healthy treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen banana slices to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add coconut milk and vanilla extract (if using), and blend again to incorporate.
  3. Add frozen mango, strawberries, and blueberries. Pulse a few times to combine, keeping some chunks for texture.
  4. Serve immediately for soft-serve texture or transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer consistency.
  5. Scoop into bowls and top with extra fruit or shredded coconut if desired.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for optimal sweetness and creaminess.
  • Customize with other fruits like pineapple, raspberries, or kiwi.
  • Add a tablespoon of nut butter for extra richness and protein.
  • Store leftovers in the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
