This Berry Bliss Cheesecake is a creamy, rich cheesecake with a crunchy chocolate crust and a luscious berry topping.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) cream cheese blocks, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)

 

  • 1/2 cup berry jam

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a springform pan.
  • Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
  • Pour over the crust and bake for 45-50 minutes.

 

  • Cool and top with berry jam and fresh berries.

Notes

  • For a no-bake version, refrigerate instead of baking.

 

  • Use a water bath for a crack-free cheesecake.
