Berry Fluff Salad with Marshmallows is a sweet and creamy no-bake dessert salad made with mixed berries, mini marshmallows, and whipped topping, perfect for potlucks and summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in whipped topping until mixture is fluffy and smooth.
  4. Gently fold in strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and mini marshmallows.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and allow flavors to blend.
  6. Serve cold, optionally garnished with extra berries on top.

Notes

  • Can be made a day in advance for convenience.
  • Use frozen berries (thawed and drained) if fresh aren’t available.
  • Great as a dessert or sweet side dish for barbecues and holidays.
