2cups cooked pasta (rigatoni or penne)
1cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1cup fresh mozzarella, cubed
1/4cup fresh basil, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Can be served warm or chilled.
Add grilled chicken for extra protein.
