These Caramel Pecan Brownies are ultra-fudgy, packed with crunchy pecans, and topped with a luscious caramel glaze and chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  •  cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup caramel sauce

 

  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
  • Fold in pecans and pour batter into the dish.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, then cool.

 

  • Drizzle caramel sauce over brownies and sprinkle chocolate chips.

Notes

  • Add sea salt for a salted caramel version.

 

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
