This Caramel Sprinkle Cake Roll is a fun, festive dessert with soft vanilla sponge cake, fluffy whipped filling, and a rich caramel drizzle. Perfect for birthdays or celebrations!

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

 

  • Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a jelly roll pan with parchment.

  • Beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale. Add vanilla.

  • Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt.

  • Pour batter into pan and bake for 10–12 minutes.

  • Roll cake in parchment while warm and let cool.

  • Whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff.
