This cheesy breakfast egg bake is loaded with eggs, cheese, bacon, and veggies for a hearty make-ahead breakfast or brunch casserole.

Ingredients

  • 10 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach

  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon or ham

  • 1/4 cup diced onion

 

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  • Stir in cheese, spinach, bacon, and onion.

  • Pour into a greased 9×9 baking dish.

  • Bake for 30–35 mins until golden and set.

 

  • Cool slightly before slicing.
