1/2cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the bread in half lengthwise and place cut side up on a baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered bread.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Broil for 1-2 minutes for a golden top, watching closely to prevent burning.
Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.
