  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  2. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Brush garlic butter evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly on top.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  9. Slice into breadsticks and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use a pizza cutter for clean, even slices.
  • To make it spicy, add red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
  • Can be prepped ahead and baked just before serving.
  • Best served fresh; reheating in the oven maintains crispness.
