1lb pizza dough
1cup ricotta cheese
1cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Divide dough into 4 portions and roll into circles.
Mix ricotta, mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spoon filling onto half of each dough circle, then fold and seal edges.
Brush with melted butter mixed with minced garlic.
