Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Cook fries according to package instructions or until golden and crispy if homemade.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) if using store-bought fries and you’re melting cheese in the oven.
Arrange cooked fries on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the fries.
Top with crumbled bacon.
Bake in the oven for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with green onions.
Serve hot with sour cream or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
You can use mozzarella, pepper jack, or a cheese blend for variation.
Make it vegetarian by omitting the bacon or using plant-based alternatives.
Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
