1cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2lb cooked sausage, crumbled
3/4cup milk
1 egg
1/4cup melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper cups.
Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cheese, and sausage.
Prepare the batter: In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fill & bake: Divide batter into muffin cups and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
