These Cheesy Sausage Muffins are packed with savory sausage, melty cheddar cheese, and fluffy muffin batter, making them the perfect grab-and-go breakfast or snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg

 

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper cups.
  • Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cheese, and sausage.
  • Prepare the batter: In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Fill & bake: Divide batter into muffin cups and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.

 

  • Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

  • You can use spicy sausage for extra kick.
