  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon or pepperoni (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll Out Dough: Roll the bread dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Add Filling: Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough. Add cooked bacon or pepperoni if using.
  • Roll & Seal: Carefully roll the dough into a log, tucking in the edges to seal.
