This cheesy taco dip is packed with seasoned beef, melted cheese, and a creamy, spicy kick. Perfect for dipping with tortilla chips!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

 

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  • Add taco seasoning and salsa, stirring well.
  • Reduce heat and mix in cream cheese, cheddar, and sour cream until melted.
  • Pour into a serving bowl and top with diced tomatoes and cilantro.

 

  • Serve warm with tortilla chips.

  • Keep warm in a slow cooker for party serving.
