Crispy golden pastry filled with rich cheesecake cream and juicy cherries. These cherry cannoli rolls are the ultimate fusion dessert—perfect for sweet tooths and holiday treats!

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, cut into strips

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

 

  • Cherry pie filling or fresh cherry compote

Instructions

  • Wrap pastry around cannoli molds and bake at 400°F for 12–15 mins. Cool.

  • Whip ricotta, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Pipe filling into cooled shells. Add a cherry into the center.

 

  • Dust with powdered sugar.
