1 prepared pizza dough
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). If using a pizza stone, preheat it as well.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to desired thickness.
Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the surface.
Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
Top with cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 12–15 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
Grilled or rotisserie chicken works great for this recipe.
Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
