Easy and flavorful wraps filled with tender chicken, crispy bacon, fresh veggies, cheese, and creamy ranch dressing for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  3. Drizzle ranch dressing over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  5. Spoon the filling into the center of each tortilla.
  6. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly into a wrap.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately, or chill for 10 minutes for firmer wraps.
