A versatile and satisfying meal, these chicken wraps feature tender, seasoned chicken and crisp vegetables, all tucked into soft tortillas.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or sliced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise or preferred sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm tortillas briefly in a skillet or microwave.
  2. Spread mayonnaise or sauce over each tortilla.
  3. Arrange chicken, lettuce, tomato, pepper, and cheese in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll up each tortilla tightly and slice in half.

  • Use grilled vegetables instead of raw for a smoky flavor.
  • Substitute chicken with turkey or tofu for a variation.
