2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line muffin tin.
In a bowl, whisk dry ingredients.
In another, mix eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry. Fold in chocolate chips.
