2 cups all-purpose flour
1 packet instant yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Oil for frying
200g dark or milk chocolate (melted)
Mix yeast, sugar, water, and flour into a sticky dough. Let rise 1 hour.
Heat oil and drop spoonfuls of dough into it.
Fry until golden and drain.
Dip warm loukoumades into melted chocolate and serve.
