Soft, fluffy Greek doughnuts dipped in rich chocolate, Chocolate Covered Loukoumades are a decadent twist on a classic treat! (Keyword: Chocolate Covered Loukoumades)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 packet instant yeast

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Oil for frying

 

  • 200g dark or milk chocolate (melted)

Instructions

  • Mix yeast, sugar, water, and flour into a sticky dough. Let rise 1 hour.

  • Heat oil and drop spoonfuls of dough into it.

  • Fry until golden and drain.

 

  • Dip warm loukoumades into melted chocolate and serve.

Notes

Best served immediately after dipping.
