Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch cake pans.
Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, and sugar.
Whisk eggs, oil, buttermilk, orange juice, and zest.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, then bake for 30 minutes.
Prepare ganache by heating cream and mixing it with melted chocolate.
Layer cake with orange cream and top with ganache.
