Rich and indulgent chocolate brownies swirled with creamy peanut butter fudge for the ultimate dessert combo. These dense and chewy treats are perfect for chocolate and peanut butter lovers alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate together, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  3. Whisk in granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until glossy and smooth.
  5. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  6. Pour brownie batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Drop spoonfuls over the brownie batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor.
  • Do not overbake—brownies should be fudgy in the center.
  • Chill before slicing for cleaner cuts.
  • Add chocolate chips or chopped peanuts for extra texture.
