These chocolate peanut butter truffles are rich, creamy, and irresistibly delicious. Featuring a smooth peanut butter filling encased in a luscious white chocolate shell and drizzled with dark chocolate, they’re the perfect bite-sized treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 4 oz dark chocolate, melted (for drizzle)

 

  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts (for topping)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted white chocolate, coating evenly. Place back on the tray.
  • Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the truffles and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.

 

  • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.

 

  • Swap white chocolate for milk or dark chocolate for a different flavor.
