These rich and creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles are the ultimate no-bake treat, perfect for gifting or indulging. With a smooth peanut butter center, dipped in luscious chocolate and topped with crushed peanuts, these bite-sized delights melt in your mouth.

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts (for topping)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat together peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Gradually mix in powdered sugar until a firm dough forms.
  • Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze the peanut butter balls for 20-30 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
  • Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment-lined tray.
  • Immediately sprinkle with crushed peanuts before chocolate sets.

 

  • Chill until firm and store in an airtight container.

Notes

You can swap dark chocolate for white or milk chocolate for variety. Add a pinch of cinnamon or sea salt for an extra twist.
