These chocolate peanut butter truffles are rich, creamy, and coated in smooth chocolate. A perfect no-bake treat for peanut butter lovers!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups dark or milk chocolate (melted)
  • 2 tbsp crushed peanuts (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and refrigerate until set.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • Use white chocolate for a different variation.
