Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

 

  • Chocolate squares or chunks (for stuffing, like Hershey’s or similar)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.

  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  • Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.

 

  • Fold in chocolate chips.
