A simple layered chocolate bark loaded with crunchy toffee and caramel bits, creating a sweet, crisp holiday treat perfect for gifting.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips or melting chocolate
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips (optional swirl)
  • 1 cup toffee bits (such as Heath bits)
  • 1/2 cup crunchy caramel bits
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the semisweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour melted chocolate onto the prepared sheet and spread into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. If using white chocolate, melt it and drizzle over the dark chocolate. Swirl gently with a toothpick.
  5. Sprinkle toffee bits and crunchy caramel bits evenly over the chocolate.
  6. Lightly press toppings to help them adhere. Add a pinch of sea salt if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes or until fully set.
  8. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
