A Classic Egg Salad Sandwich made with creamy, seasoned egg salad and fresh bread—perfect for a quick and easy meal!

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 4 slices of bread

 

  • Lettuce (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, black pepper, and chives.
  • Spread the egg salad on a slice of bread.
  • Add lettuce if desired, then top with another slice of bread.
