Cookies and Cream Fudge Bars are a rich, no-bake treat layered with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and creamy white chocolate fudge. Perfect for parties, holidays, or whenever you need a quick and indulgent dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (14.3 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped chocolate sandwich cookies (for mix-in)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed cookies with melted butter until evenly combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped cookies.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares before serving.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper for easy cleanup and slicing.
  • Bars can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • For extra texture, reserve some cookie pieces to press on top before chilling.
