A bright and tangy cranberry orange relish made with fresh cranberries and whole oranges. This no-cook side dish is a perfect complement to holiday meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 medium orange, unpeeled and seeded, cut into chunks
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Place cranberries and orange chunks into a food processor.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped but not puréed.
  3. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in the sugar.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld.

Notes

  • Relish can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Adjust sugar to taste based on the tartness of the cranberries and orange.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon or a splash of orange liqueur for extra flavor.
