1 (12 oz) bag fresh cranberries
1 medium orange, unpeeled and seeded, cut into chunks
3/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
Place cranberries and orange chunks into a food processor.
Pulse until finely chopped but not puréed.
Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in the sugar.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld.
Notes
Relish can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
Adjust sugar to taste based on the tartness of the cranberries and orange.
Add a pinch of cinnamon or a splash of orange liqueur for extra flavor.
