1 cup Caesar salad dressing (preferably creamy)
1/2 cup sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
Season the chicken with salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, mix the Caesar dressing with sour cream if using.
Spread the dressing mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).
Broil for an additional 2–3 minutes for a golden brown top if desired.
