1lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2cups beef broth
1cup heavy cream
1 1/2cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese, then mix in cooked pasta.
Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Serve warm.
