This creamy beef and bowtie pasta is a hearty and comforting meal packed with ground beef, tender pasta, and a rich, cheesy sauce. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

 

  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for 2 minutes.
  • Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese, then mix in cooked pasta.

 

  • Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Substitute ground beef with ground turkey for a lighter version.

 

  • Use freshly grated cheese for the best texture.
