This cheesy spicy beef burrito is packed with bold flavors, juicy ground beef, and creamy, fiery sauces wrapped in a warm tortilla. It’s the ultimate comfort food for spice and cheese lovers alike.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1/2 cup sautéed onions

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup hot sauce or chipotle sauce

 

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat.

  • Add sautéed onions and cooked rice to the skillet. Mix well.

  • Warm tortillas and layer each with beef mixture, shredded cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce.

  • Fold into burritos and toast in a dry pan for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden.

 

  • Serve hot with extra sauce on the side.

Notes

Feel free to add extras like black beans, jalapeños, or guacamole for more flavor.
