2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups broccoli florets
8 oz penne or pasta of choice
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
