Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced thin

  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to season

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp capers

  • 1/2 lb spaghetti, cooked

 

  • Parmesan and parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Season chicken slices with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same pan, melt butter, add broth, cream, lemon juice, and capers. Simmer until slightly thickened.

  • Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.

 

  • Serve over spaghetti and garnish with parmesan and parsley

  • Add a splash of white wine for depth.
