Instructions
In a large bowl, combine shredded green cabbage, red cabbage (if using), and carrots.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and celery seed until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the shredded vegetables.
Toss well until the vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.
