Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken: Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Sear the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • Cook the mushrooms: In the same skillet, melt butter and add mushrooms. Sauté until browned and tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Add garlic: Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Make the sauce: Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir and bring to a simmer.
