8oz mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1cup chicken broth
1cup heavy cream
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp fresh thyme (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the chicken: Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sear the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Cook the mushrooms: In the same skillet, melt butter and add mushrooms. Sauté until browned and tender, about 5 minutes.
