A rich and creamy garlic Parmesan spaghetti that’s full of flavor and incredibly easy to make. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup pasta water (reserved)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Spaghetti: Boil pasta in salted water. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  • Prepare the Sauce: Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Make it Creamy: Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Combine: Add spaghetti and toss to coat. Use reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.
  • Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Add cooked chicken or shrimp for protein.
  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
