8 oz pasta (rigatoni or shells)
2 chicken breasts, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan
Salt, pepper, parsley
Cook pasta, reserve 1/4 cup water.
Sear chicken in olive oil, season well.
Add garlic, cook until fragrant.
Pour in cream, parmesan, pasta water. Simmer.
Combine with pasta and serve with seared chicken.
