Rich and creamy garlic pasta paired with juicy seared chicken bites—quick, comforting, and oh-so-satisfying!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (rigatoni or shells)

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

 

  • Salt, pepper, parsley

Instructions

  • Cook pasta, reserve 1/4 cup water.

  • Sear chicken in olive oil, season well.

  • Add garlic, cook until fragrant.

  • Pour in cream, parmesan, pasta water. Simmer.

 

  • Combine with pasta and serve with seared chicken.

Notes

  • Add spinach or mushrooms for variation.

 

  • Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
