  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup jarred tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3–4 minutes until soft and blistered.
  4. Stir in jarred tomato sauce and heavy cream. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Toss in the cooked spaghetti and mix until evenly coated.
  8. Divide into jars for serving or storage. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
