Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped (plus extra chunks for garnish)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (whole or low-fat)
  • 1/2 cup milk (adjust for desired consistency)
  • 23 tablespoons sugar or honey (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • Ice cubes (optional, for serving)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine chopped mangoes, yogurt, milk, sugar or honey, and cardamom.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness and consistency as desired by adding more sugar or milk.
  3. If using, add a few ice cubes and blend again until frothy.
  4. Pour into glasses and top with fresh mango chunks.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
  6. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use Alphonso or Ataulfo mangoes for best flavor.
  • Adjust sugar based on mango ripeness.
