1cup ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1cup plain yogurt
1/2cup milk
2–3 tablespoons sugar or honey (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Optional garnish: chopped pistachios or a pinch of cardamom
Instructions
Combine mango chunks, yogurt, milk, sugar or honey, and ground cardamom in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Pour into glasses and garnish with pistachios or a sprinkle of cardamom if desired.
Serve chilled.
Notes
Use Alphonso mangoes for the richest flavor if available.
Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Substitute milk with a plant-based alternative for a vegan version using dairy-free yogurt.
