These golden, crispy cheese-stuffed cannelloni rolls are pan-fried to perfection and smothered in rich tomato sauce—an irresistible twist on a traditional Italian favorite.

Ingredients

  • 8 cannelloni tubes

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 cup marinara sauce

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

 

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Boil cannelloni until tender, drain, and cool.

  • Mix ricotta, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Fill tubes.

  • Pan-fry in olive oil until golden and crispy.

  • Warm marinara sauce and pour over rolls.

 

  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Add mozzarella for an extra cheesy bite.
