Indulge in rich and creamy beef-stuffed pasta blossoms drenched in a velvety cheese sauce and topped with fresh herbs. This gourmet-style dish brings elegance to your comfort food cravings.

Ingredients

  • 20 flower-shaped pasta shells or any stuffed pasta

  • 1/2 lb ground beef

  • 1/4 cup finely diced onions

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup béchamel sauce (or heavy cream + cheese)

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

 

  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta shells al dente, set aside.

  • In a skillet, cook beef and onions with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned.

  • Stuff pasta with the beef mix.

  • Pour béchamel sauce over stuffed pasta and top with mozzarella.

 

  • Broil for 5 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with thyme.

Notes

You can use ricotta cheese or mushrooms in the filling for variation.
