1lb chicken tenderloins or breast strips
1/2cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1cup breadcrumbs or panko
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Oil for frying
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs or panko.
Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Fry chicken tenders in batches for 4–5 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For a healthier version, bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes.
Air fry at 375°F for 12–15 minutes for a lower oil option.
