Ingredients

  • 6 chicken drumsticks

  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.

  • Mix flour with spices.

  • Coat chicken with flour mixture.

 

  • Deep fry in hot oil until crispy and fully cooked.

Notes

  • Use a thermometer: oil should be around 350°F (175°C).
