8 fresh jalapeños, sliced
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornmeal or breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
Ranch dressing for dipping
Dip jalapeño slices in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
