Decadent and dreamy, these white chocolate raspberry mousse bombs are a luxurious dessert with a tart twist—perfect for impressing guests or treating yourself!

Ingredients

  • 200g white chocolate

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • Freeze-dried raspberry bits for garnish

 

  • Silicone mold for shaping

Instructions

  • Melt white chocolate and coat inside silicone molds. Chill to set.

  • Whip heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form.

  • Fold in mashed raspberries gently.

  • Fill molds with mousse and freeze until firm.

  • Seal with more melted chocolate.

 

  • Garnish with freeze-dried raspberries and a whole raspberry on top.

Notes

  • Use silicone molds for best results.

 

  • Substitute with strawberries or blueberries.
